- Using the Kai's Eye app on the phone, select "Tracker" mode.
- Adjust the camera view to the mat mostly fills the screen.
- If you have a very modern phone with a hi-resolution camera, click on "Settings" and reduce the camera resolution. You should now be able to fill the view with the mat.
- Adjust the camera tripod height, to try and fit as much view of the mat into the camera view.

Avoid bright lights on sections of the mat.
Don't block the outside border QR markers.
