- The teacher account must be logged in for a student to access the interface. Please check that your account is logged in.
Check that you have assigned robot control to your students in the "Students" tab.
Make sure the robot is charged and switched on
Kai's Eye needs to be running in positioning mode and viewing the mat correctly in order to use certain coding blocks.
